Belonging
We focus on fostering an inclusive community and meaningful connections, creating a safe environment where everyone feels truly accepted.
We work alongside NDIS participants across Lake Macquarie, Newcastle, the Hunter Valley, the Central Coast and Sydney to understand plans, connect the right providers and build confidence. You stay in control of every decision.
No pressure at any point. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so and help you find someone who is.
Call, email or send the referral form. Tell us what you need and how your plan is managed. Support coordinators and families are welcome to enquire on someone's behalf.
We meet with you in person or over the phone to understand your goals, current supports, funding and any barriers getting in the way. Free, and no obligation.
Together we identify suitable providers, compare options and organise clear service agreements. You decide who is involved and nothing proceeds until you are comfortable.
We keep the plan moving, respond when circumstances change, track progress and help organise useful evidence for future plan review conversations.
A world where everyone belongs and every voice matters.
We focus on fostering an inclusive community and meaningful connections, creating a safe environment where everyone feels truly accepted.
We honor the inherent dignity, rights, and diverse perspectives of every person we support, treating all individuals with deep consideration.
We maintain unwavering honesty and strict ethical standards, ensuring transparent, reliable, and trustworthy support at all times.
We are committed to enabling individuals to achieve their full potential, providing the tools and confidence to thrive independently.

Support to take part in community life, enjoy activities that matter to you and build everyday connections.
Good coordination makes a complicated system easier to navigate without taking control away from you.
We bring options, explain trade-offs and help remove barriers. You choose which providers to approach and what happens next.
You receive practical explanations, clear agreements and honest updates about progress, budgets and provider capacity.
We respect your right to make decisions, including informed risks, and help put sensible safeguards around what matters to you.
Whatever your age, culture, faith, language, gender or sexuality, you'll be supported as you are. We have zero tolerance for abuse, neglect or discrimination.
We help you explore suitable mainstream, community and funded supports instead of limiting you to one provider network.
If something goes wrong, tell us and we’ll fix it. You can always go straight to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission instead. Both are legitimate. Neither affects your supports.
If your suburb isn't listed, ask anyway. We regularly travel further for the right match.
If yours isn't here, ask anyway. We would rather answer it now than have you wondering about it later.
It changes who pays the invoice, not the support you get. If you're self-managed we invoice you directly; if you're plan-managed we invoice your plan manager; if you're NDIA-managed we claim through the portal. Tell us which one you are when you enquire and we'll set it up.
Timing depends on current capacity and the complexity of your situation. Contact us with your plan details and priorities, and we’ll give you a clear, honest indication of the next available step.
Yes. Choice and control are central to the NDIS. We can help you compare providers, ask the right questions, understand agreements and plan a safe transition when a service is not working for you.
Contact us with the participant’s age, plan and circumstances. We’ll confirm whether our coordination services are the right fit and explain any other pathways that may be more suitable.
We charge in line with the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, so rates depend on the support type, the day and the time. Your service agreement sets out every rate before anything starts, including travel and any cancellation terms. We’ll never claim for something we haven't discussed with you.
Use the referral form below or email us directly with the participant's goals, the supports and hours sought, plan management type, and anything we need to know about risk or complex health needs. You'll get a response on capacity: yes, no, or a realistic timeframe, instead of leaving you waiting.
Tell any of our team, or contact the office directly, and we'll acknowledge it and work through it with you. You can also contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission on 1800 035 544 at any time. You don’t need to come to us first, and using either path will never affect your supports.
Participants, families, support coordinators and plan managers are all welcome to get in touch. We'll come back to you with a straight answer on capacity.
